Should our investigation determine that there has been a violation of the airport's noise ordinance, a federal aviation regulation, or a significant departure from our established airport operational procedures, we will respond to your inquiry at the earliest possible opportunity.

The City of Hayward is legally required to and does maintain records of noise complaints concerning the Hayward Airport. Some or all of the information you provide may be made public upon written request pursuant to the California Public Records Act.
